Pink Mug and Saucer

Earthenware, wheel thrown and hand built, cone 3 soda fired, 4 x 6.5 x 5.75 inches.

Recipe: Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup whole milk

1/2 cup heavy cream

8 ounces bittersweet cocoa powder

1 chocolate bar (dark 65%-75% chocolate)

PROCESS:

Heat milk and cream in a saucepan, do not allow it to boil. Add chocolate until melted, on low heat. Serve warm! Pinch of chilli/cayenne on top if you want a bit of heat.
