Stoneware, hand built with slabs, linoleum printed, inlaid colored slip, rolled on underglaze, cone 11 soda fired, 3.75 x 4.75 x 3.5 inches.
Recipe: Carrie Miniun’s Rich Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
2 cups whole milk
¼ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 tablespoons Nestle Cocoa Powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 tablespoon butter
Pinch of Maldon Sea Salt
½ teaspoon Trader Joe's Bourbon Vanilla Bean Paste
PROCESS:
In a saucepan, on medium-low heat, combine milk, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, brown sugar, butter, and salt. Whisking occasionally, heat for about 10 minutes. Do not boil. Add vanilla at the end.
