Recipe: Frozen Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS:
All it takes is 3 ingredients and about 5 minutes to whip up this tasty treat! Place milk, cocoa mix and ice in a blender. Blend until mostly smooth. Pour into a glass and top with whipped cream and chocolate curls. How to get chocolate curls: The easiest way I like to get chocolate curls is to use a Hershey bar and a potato peeler. If the chocolate is too cool/hard then it will flake off instead of curl so be sure that it is room temperature. Chocolate Packet: If your grocery store doesn't carry hot chocolate packets, you can use hot chocolate from a canister. One packet is about 2 ½/ tbsp chocolate mix.
