Porcelain, wheel thrown, mishima, cone 6 oxidation fired, 4.5 x 5 x 3.5 inches.
Recipe: Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS AND PROCESS:
Combine, stir, and boil for 2 minutes in the top of a double boiler:
1 cup boiling water
¼ cup cocoa
1/8 tsp salt
4 tablespoons sugar
Then add:
½ tsp cinnamon
Place the top of the boiler over boiling water and add:
3 cups scalded milk
Stir, then cover and keep over hot water for 10 more minutes. Beat with a wire whisk before serving.
