Recipe: Peppermint Mocha Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
Half a mug of brewed coffee (decaf or regular)
Half a mug of milk of choice
1 Tbsp. cocoa powder
5 drops peppermint extract
Dash of coffee creamer of choice
Sweetener to taste
PROCESS:
Warm the coffee and milk on the stove or in the microwave. When hot, stir in the cocoa, peppermint, and sweetener. Lighten with coffee creamer. Enjoy!
