Recipe: Cocoa Recipe
INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. Unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup milk + 1 Tbsp. Milk divided
1/4 tsp. vanilla
Dash of salt
PROCESS:
Mix together sugar, salt and cocoa powder in a mug. Add 1 Tbsp. milk and stir together until smooth. Mix together vanilla and 1 cup milk and heat in microwave or on stovetop until scalding (fine bubbles will show on the surface of the milk. Add milk to mug and stir or whisk together until well blended. Enjoy as is or add a marshmallow on top.
