Recipe: Molly's Favorite Hot Chocolate

INGREDIENTS:

7 crushed green cardamom pods

1 bay large leaf

1 heaping tbs Dutch processed unsweetened cocoa

1.5 tbsp sugar (more as desired)

1.5 cups of milk of your choice

PROCESS:

Place sugar and cocoa powder in bottom of pan with a splash of milk. Heat and stir until well combine into a loose paste (adding small amounts of milk as needed.) Add lightly crushed cardamom pods and bay leaf to the pot with remainder of milk. Stir to combine and allow to simmer on low to infuse bay and cardamom. Pour in mug and enjoy!
