Recipe: Hot Chocolate Espresso

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup water

2 1/2 Squares unsweetened chocolate

1/2 cup sugar

4 cups milk

4 shots espresso made in advance

Whipped cream optional

PROCESS:

Combine water, chocolate, and sugar in a saucepan over low heat until chocolate melts. Gradually stir in milk and espresso until just boiling. Remove from heat immediately and froth. Add a dollop of whipped cream, cinnamon, or baby marshmallow.
