INGREDIENTS:
3 cups whole milk
4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cinnamon stick, plus more for serving
½ teaspoon vanilla
¼ teaspoon cayenne
Whipped cream
Ground cinnamon for sprinkling
PROCESS:
Place cocoa powder, sugar, cinnamon stick, vanilla, and cayenne in a medium pot. Whisk until combined. Cook over low heat, stirring often, until hot. Serve hot, topped with whipped cream, a sprinkle of cinnamon, and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!
