Stoneware, wheel thrown and altered, woodfired with soda, 4.75 x 5.75 x 4 inches.
Recipe: Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
2 Cups Whole Milk
1 Cup Sugar
2 Tbsp Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 oz Dark Chocolate, chopped
1 oz Semisweet Chocolate, chopped
Pinch of sea salt
Optional: Whipped Cream and Chocolate Shavings
PROCESS:
Over low heat, cook milk, sugar, cocoa powder, and sea salt, whisking frequently, until sugar is completely dissolved. Add dark chocolate and semisweet chocolate and whisk until melted and smooth. Divide between 2 mugs and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
