Recipe: Hot Chocolate
INGREDIENTS:
8-10 oz milk (I like coconut milk, but any kind will work. The exact amount depends on the size of your mug and how strong you like it)
1/4 tablet of Mexican chocolate (I use Ibarra brand)
PROCESS:
Heat on the stove to a simmer. Whisk regularly to prevent milk from burning. It's ready for drinking when the chocolate is dissolved. Salud!
